Lutheran Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager – Clinical Care Systems to play a pivotal role in transforming the way we deliver care through cutting-edge technology. About the Role:

As the Program Manager – Clinical Care Systems, you will lead the successful rollout of the Electronic National Residential Medication Chart (eNRMC) project across all our residential aged care homes. Your focus will be on staff engagement, training, quality compliance, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinical teams, residents, vendors, and healthcare partners. While the position does not involve direct reporting or budget management, it offers the opportunity to influence change and deliver impactful results in collaboration with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the eNRMC project in collaboration with the ICT Project Manager.
  • Ensure best-practice implementation, compliance, and risk management.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical staff, service managers, vendors, and healthcare providers.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to ensure timely and seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all processes meet organisational standards.
  • Proactively address challenges, problem-solve, and drive continuous improvement.

About You:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating positive change within teams or organisations.
  • High level of organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant Commonwealth, State, and Local Government legislation.
  • Ability to create high-quality training materials and program documentation.
  • Desirable: Previous project management experience in a clinical setting.
