Braeside, Australia PPG Industries Full time

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant in Braeside. You will provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Braeside team, whilst providing a friendly customer service focus at reception. This is a permanent part time role.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide a range of administrative support functions to support the delivery of core day-to-day and project activities
  • Assist the Heads with papers and reports for internal and external meetings
  • Act as a point of contact for all supplier, and customer related queries 
  • Process and track all AP invoice and expense reimbursements
  • Work with the Business Manager & PPG head office on the marketing, promotion & coordination of workshops, seminars, and training and trade events at our Braeside training centre & external venues

Skills and Experience

  • 3 years’ experience in an administration or assistant role (or similar) 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) SAP desirable

Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable.
