Purpose of Role:  

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for our key clients, providing outstanding support through email and phone.

Work in a collaborative and diverse team at our Perth Airport location with free onsite parking.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out sales order data entry for allocated customer accounts Reporting on the order status of spare parts Assisting customers with tracking the delivery status of spare parts Maintenance of Customer Master Data Process Returns/Credits/NCR’s and Cash Sale EFTPOS transactions Assisting Sales teams with Pricing, On time Delivery reporting Price management and Finance with invoice queries

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service role Experience in Sales Administration (Desirable) Intermediate to advanced knowledge using Microsoft Suite programs Possess a positive can-do attitude Experience using SAP or Ariba (Desirable) Ability to prioritize multiple requires and time manage your tasks Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
