About the Role

Digital Marketing is a small, high-performing team operating within Clients and Markets. This team is responsible for managing BDO in Australia’s online presence and public-facing digital environments, including the website, social media channels, email marketing platform, SEO, and digital advertising with BDO’s external digital agency. With digital marketing opportunities constantly evolving, the team is expanding and is seeking an assistant.

The assistant will be primarily responsible for uploading content onto BDO in Australia’s website and ensuring this content meets the requirements of BDO’s style guides, digital marketing objectives, SEO best practice, and quality controls. Other tasks may involve (but are not limited to) content handling for social and email; collating data analytics; and administering online enquiries.

About You

Ideally, you will need to be familiar with a range of digital marketing platforms and have experience in using a website CMS; experience with the Adobe Creative Suite will be highly valued. Knowledge of SEO principles and practices is also important.

Essential to the role is attention to detail, written communication, and following corporate styles and quality controls. Important personal skills are being organised, able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, consistently execute process, and communicate and coordinate with other team members effectively. 

The rest of the Digital Marketing team is based in Brisbane; we are seeking an additional team member in another office to extend the team’s footprint. Some travel to the Brisbane office may be required.
