About the job:

The Salesforce Functional Consultant will be responsible for gathering, analysing and interpreting requirements from stakeholders. They will seek to understand the business processes, pain points, needs and the expected customer/user experience. They will translate these problems into working solutions and user stories, including all acceptance criteria, to be provided to the developers. For more complex problems they will work with the Solution Architect or Technical Architect to define solutions and then document the user stories for the developers

Skill required:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a Business analysis or functional consultant role delivering Salesforce projects for large sized or complex organisations
  • Skilled with technologies such as, Salesforce, Miro, Visio, Jira, Confluence
  • Minimum Salesforce certified preferred: o Administrator o Service Cloud Consultant
  • Consistently write business correspondence that is professional, thoughtful, effective, and grammatically correct
  • Strong ability to understand stakeholder needs and pain points, facilitate deep discussions, and challenge status quo
  • Expert presentation and communication skills to both create and deliver quality presentations and demos to a broad audience including Business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Ability to influence others as a leader thought leader and SME on the Salesforce platform
