About the Role

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our team. As a critical member of our squad, you will work closely with cross-functional consultants to provide advisory services to our clients. Your primary focus will be on solving complex digital problems and designing end-to-end solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning product backlogs and ensuring timely delivery of project results.
  • Designing detailed to-be process maps and presenting desired future state solution roadmaps.
  • Collaborating with project managers to identify dependencies and manage engagement planning.
  • Providing knowledge transfers and handovers to Salesforce delivery teams.
  • Supporting architects with Salesforce solutioning and documentation.
  • Influencing management decisions across organizational boundaries.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and its capabilities.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of relevant experience as a Functional Consultant or Salesforce Consultant.
  • Healthcare and/or aged care industry experience.
  • Salesforce Health Cloud experience and accreditation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent technical background with strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Demonstrate experience and passion for new technologies and industry trends.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle multiple assignments.
  • Passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client delight.
