Key Responsibilities
  • Owning product backlogs and designing detailed to-be process maps
  • Presenting desired future state solution roadmaps that deliver clear measurable outcomes
  • Ensuring project deliverables are submitted and follow prescribed governance and approval processes
  • Participating in engagement planning, dependency identification, and management
  • Providing knowledge transfers and handovers to Salesforce delivery teams
  • Supporting architects with Salesforce solutioning and documentation
  • Influencing management decisions across organisational boundaries
  • Maintaining Salesforce ecosystem knowledge and up-to-date understanding of the platform and its capabilities
Requirements
  • 6+ years of relevant experience as a Functional Consultant or Salesforce Consultant
  • Healthcare and/or aged care industry experience
  • Salesforce Health Cloud experience and accreditation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent technical background with strong computer skills
  • Ability to take business and technical concepts and transform them into understandable artefacts
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Demonstrate experience and passion for new technologies and industry trends
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously
