Join Us as the Senior Director of ACT Health People Support Services
Are you a dynamic leader passionate about fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace? As the Senior Director of People Support Services within our People Strategy and Culture Branch, you’ll play a pivotal role in partnering with both internal and external stakeholders and engaging closely with the ACT Health Directorate (ACTHD) Executive team.
In this key role, you’ll lead a dedicated team that drives people-focused support across the agency. You’ll spearhead the delivery of operational HR support and spearhead the development and execution of a broad array of people and workforce initiatives. Your mission? To cultivate an environment where our workforce feels empowered to inquire, seek support, and raise concerns confidently. You will be instrumental in modelling and championing psychological safety across our business areas, ensuring our workplace aligns with the positive culture we aspire to achieve.

Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately to 30 April 2025 with the possibility of extension and/or permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill permanent and temporary vacancies over the next 12 months.
