About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join the market leading, innovative B&D Group as a Channel Marketing Manager on a fixed term basis (15–18-month fixed term contract). We are the market leader in garage doors & accessories and have been Australia’s favourite brand in this market since 1956. Our marketing function has been a key part in the businesses growth and will play a huge role in our future plans.
The Channel Marketing Manager has a great mix of marketing responsibilities, customer relationship management and project management. You will have responsibility for our top 35 customers around Australia, building strong partnerships and helping them drive and execute their local area marketing plans. You will also work closely with internal marketing and sales teams while being supported and developed by our excellent leadership team. This role is positioned as a comprehensive opportunity for someone with a blend of relationship management and marketing execution skills, emphasising digital marketing expertise

You will come from a marketing generalist background. It would be ideal if you have worked across a group of franchises/retailers/dealers and assisted them with marketing strategies specific to their regions. You will be highly organised and enjoy building relationships both internally and externally.
Other key skills and attributes include:
Preferably a tertiary qualification in marketing / commerce 3-5 years related marketing experience, interfacing with external customers Able to interrogate data sources (including lead information, consumer research and sales data) and develop recommendations and best practice Sound project management, planning and analytical skills Practical knowledge of Advertising, Promotions & Communication Strong understanding of the digital environment Experience in managing external agencies and holding them accountable Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environmentWhy DuluxGroup?
