About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Channel Marketing Manager to join our team at DuluxGroup. As a key member of our marketing function, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strong partnerships with our top 35 customers across Australia.

As Channel Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, developing and executing local area marketing plans, and working closely with internal marketing and sales teams. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of marketing initiatives, from digital marketing campaigns to event planning and execution.

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with a strong background in marketing and customer relationship management. You will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies, as well as experience in managing external agencies and holding them accountable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute local area marketing plans for our top 35 customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers
  • Work closely with internal marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives
  • Manage external agencies and hold them accountable for their work
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Plan and execute events and activations

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and customer relationship management
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Experience in managing external agencies and holding them accountable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
