About the Role

Vinidex is embarking on an exciting change to our internal operating systems. This contract position will act as an all-around service and administration expert to assist with customer service and administrative tasks to support the established service specialists during the training and implementation period.

Responsibilities include:

· General administrative duties

· General office duties including organising morning teas

· Handling of phone and email enquiries

· Basic customer order management

· Liaise with key internal stakeholders including Territory Managers and Supply Chain regarding customer queries

· Maintain and enhance overall customer experience

About You

· Strong customer service focus

· Exceptional critical thinking and conflict resolution skills

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills

· Ability to work proactively and autonomously

· Demonstrated experience using computer systems, specifically CRM & MS Office
