ARN’s Elevate Team are looking for a Campaign Creative Manager to join us for a 10-month contract . Generating exciting original, integrated ideas that live on audio and beyond.
About The Role:
Championing creative thinking that pushes the envelope. Building strategically creative narratives that set up and explain the idea in compelling, engaging ways. Overseeing the briefing and development of creative assets (visual + audio), from pitch through to execution for key commercial campaigns. Supporting the Campaigns Team to ensure quality of output in responses; helping guide the process/ideation to deliver best in market solutions. Fostering a culture of creativity that extends beyond Elevate and throughout ARN. Working alongside Agency (Metro, Regional & Digital), Direct and Independent Agency Sales Teams to drive strategic growth externally. Meeting regularly with key internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain positive, strong and trusted relationships. About You:
You have an expert understanding across Content, Integration and Commercial functions and can utilise your leadership skills and influence to share your knowledge to inspire, develop and drive action. You are a strategic and creative thinker. You have high awareness of market needs and its challenges; developing creative solutions that overcome and exceed client needs while increasing ARN revenue and ratings. You have strong presentation and negotiation skills and are organised.
