We're on the lookout for exceptional Account Managers in the market, who are ready to jump into their next adventure and grow as they grow
As Account Manager you will drive the day-to-day workflow of your client’s business, reporting into your Senior account director, while developing a broader understanding of their business needs and competitive set. You’ll work closely with the project team to help the agency deliver on its vision of being a globally influential creative company.
This is a fast-paced role that requires commitment, energy and someone who can thrive under pressure. In return you will join a large close-knit, fun and supportive team working alongside some of Australia's most talented creative and strategic thinkers and clients.
You will:
- Have a broad understanding of how your client’s business operates
- Ability to build timelines for complex integrated campaigns
- Manage day-to-day client issues and be our clients’ brand guardian
- Creation and maintenance of all project documentation
- Taking a leading project management role on key clients
- Responsibility for the execution of projects from end-to-end meeting client deadlines
- Work with the group account director to unearth new client opportunities
- Accurately build and manage complex integrated campaign budgets involving multiple channel executions
- Think entrepreneurially about every relationship and opportunity
- Be an energy giver, contributing to the positivity and motivation of the project team
Your experience & attributes:
- Experience in a similar role within an advertising or media agency 1- 3 years
- Demonstrated knowledge across broadcast, digital, print, outdoor
- Passion for brilliance and desire to deliver the unexpected
- Flawless attention to detail and the ability to follow and drive process
- Always striving to bring inspiration and ideas to the table
- Entrepreneurial approach - to go beyond the day-to-day urgent work
- Emerging strategic confidence, contributing to the strategic and business thinking
