About the Role of Guest Services Supervisor:

Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, this role is responsible for the smooth daily operation of the Guest Services department, which comprises of the Bell and Driveway operations, and supporting the success of the Rooms Division team. Key to your success is delivering an outstanding guest experience and standards execution, ensuring that the arrival and departure process for each of our valued guests is a flawless experience. 

What you will do:

Oversee the smooth daily operation of the Guest Services Department, where first and last impressions are made, including handling movements in excess of 500 rooms per day

Focus on the guest experience by delivering excellent service and effective problem solving

Assist to lead, train, motivate and develop the team for success, ensuring our strong service culture remains optimum

Review daily arrivals to ensure proper handling of our many VIP's, return guests and group business

Communicate and work closely with all departments of the Hotel on a daily basis

What you will bring:

Proven experience in a leadership role within Rooms Division

Passionate about engaging with guests, exceeding their expectations and managing their feedback

Good verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills that will allow you to forge strong relations with other key departments 

Sound systems knowledge

A current drivers license with the ability to drive manual vehicles is essential
