Job Details:

• Formulate, implement and manage strategic business plans for AC3's largest
strategic customer accounts to achieve Sales revenue/contribution margin        annual targets
• Uphold and drive the highest standard of solution sales within the team and
be recognised by peers as a “master” of the AC3 strategic selling process
• Deliver a compelling narrative to promote AC3 services and products and        value proposition with specific value solutions to AC3s largest strategic              customers
• Provide proactive, trusted thought leadership in customer strategic business    planning processes
• Deeply understand key account’s challenges and opportunities to identify        how AC3 can make a present and future difference to the customers business  by proposing suitable solutions to maintain and grow revenue for the organisation
• Champion the sales cadence process to encourage and reinforce group commitment of quality customer service, ensuring long term strategic customer relationships that exceed customers’ expectations
• Prepare proposals and quotations in response to customer needs
• Manage and co-ordinate large customer tender processes
• Contribute to strategies that enhance the sales team ability to deliver annual revenue & GP targets
• Elevate AC3 in the marketplace to differentiate our products and/or services from the competition and maximise potential business opportunities

Required Experience:

• 8-10 years+ successful sales experience in a complex technology sales
environment, including solution sales, developing and managing an
existing customer base of key accounts
• Strong track record of exceeding allocated revenue and sales targets
• Previous experience in a senior capacity, leading others to achieve team
and business goals
• Extensive experience working with Vendors in the ICT channel ecosystem.
• Experience positioning new business within existing accounts
• Experience working at an ICT Service Provider selling Cloud and Managed
Services to C level executives
• Experience developing, coordinating, and writing proposals for large-scale,
joint program efforts
• Experience preparing reports and updates to mana ing the power of
technology
• Experience in the recommending and selling of specific lines of ICT
products and services
• Vertical industry experience relevant to the territory or vertical
you will manage (Public Sector, FSI, Commercial)
