With exciting growth planned for our Fulcrum Suspensions stores we are on the hunt to find talented individuals looking to advance their leadership capability and join us in 2IC/Workshop Controller positions – with a view to running your own store one day With stores across Brisbane, the locations are flexible, and you may work across multiple sites as needs arise.

Your passion for all things automotive will set you apart of the rest and is critical to your success with us. Ideally, you’ll be a qualified automotive technician as you’ll be supporting your team in the workshop while also keeping on top of administrative tasks. You will be working within a skilled and experienced team and guided by our highly supportive Store Managers and Retail Operations Team you'll have an opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to ongoing store success. 

As a 2IC/Workshop Controller, you will:

  • Lead the Team: Guide technicians and apprentices to perform at their best and provide expert advice and troubleshooting. Fill in as a manager at your store, or others in our network for sickness or leave coverage.
  • Customer satisfaction: Take the time to listen + explain to customers, seeking to solve their problems and demonstrate your technical knowledge so that they get enough information to make the right decisions.
  • Innovate + Collaborate: Work with our R&D team to solve problems and improve our processes.
  • Achieve Results: Keep the workshop running smoothly through effective people + task utilisation, improving productivity measures and exceptional quality of work.
