Our client is the market leader in the manufacture, supply and installation of automotive suspension components. They have been operating for over 40 years and now employ over 100 staff.

They currently have a role available for a 2IC Workshop/ASM at their signature store. This role will see you in assist in the day-to-day operations of the store. This is a 50/50 non-productive role, only needing to jump on the tools on a need be basis. This is a Monday - Friday, full-time position.

Daily Duties:

- Assist in the day-to-day operations of a retail workshop
- Assigning daily jobs to staff
- Quoting jobs to customers
- Purchasing for the site
- Stock control
- Staff supervision
- Lead your team to reach desired KPI’s and targets
- Ensure site is clean, tidy and complying with WHS policies
- Build rapport with both new and existing clients
- You must come for an automotive background with full certification (LV or Suspension Technician)
- Suspension experience will be highly desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well presented
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be flexible
- A desire to grow your Automotive career
