Use your intuitive administration skills to support the team at Schmick Car Care Club, a division of the MotorOne Group in Mulgrave. This Administration Assistant role is a full time permanent position based in Mulgrave.

With over 275,000 customers, Schmick Scratch & Dent Assist are the industry leaders in mobile cosmetic repairs. Schmick Members will be able to drive with the peace of mind knowing that unforeseen minor cosmetic scratches, dents and scuffs, caused by everyday travels, can now be repaired from just $50 per repair.

About the role:

  • Full time, permanent role
  • Work in a state of the art office in the Nexus Business Park, Mulgrave
  • $65-70K + super

What you'll be doing:

  • Play a key role in supporting the Administration Manager with day to day tasks
  • The Administration Assistant acts as the conduit between the MotorOne Group Finance team, Account Managers and car dealerships
  • Assist with daily bank reconciliation
  • Check pricing submissions and dealership rebates
  • Assist customers with login issues
  • Stock ordering
  • Providing invoicing information
  • Process credits and membership cancellations
  • Ad hoc administrative assistance

  • Someone who can be a proactive in asking questions to learn and understand the business
  • An intuitive thinker who can problem solve in a fast paced, reactive environment
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone to get a quick answer on information needed to complete a task
  • Experience with MS Office suite and CRMs
  • Confidence and enthusiasm to build rapport with key stakeholders
