**About the role**
EIH Care are looking to hire an Accountants and Administration Assistant to work in our Mulgrave office. This role will be working closely with our Care Managers and Operational Manager to assist with the running of the financial arm of the business.
As the business grows, so is our team, and the Accountants and Administration Assistant will need an understanding of the Age Care Sector, as well as NDIS.
**What will you be doing?**
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Financial management of Services Australia and NDIS Portal
- Support with Home Care Package reconciliations.
- Assist with daily and month end processing and reporting.
- Provide hands on support to the wider accounting function which includes accounts and payroll maintenance.
- Adhoc accounting duties as required.
**What you will need to be successful in this role**:
- Qualification in Accounting, Business, finance, or similar experience.
- High attention to detail and well organised
- Exceptional written and verbal skills
- Experience working with the MyAgeCare portal will be highly regarded
- Experience in Microsoft Suite, Xero /MYOB
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
**Things that will help you stand out**:
- A second language other than English
- Experience in the Age care/NDIS sector
- Professional Qualification in Accounting, or be working towards one
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

- Mulgrave, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Accounting/bookkeeping/administration: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
