Responsibilities
We are seeking a fantastic communicator who understands the importance of strong stakeholder communication at all levels. Some responsibilities of this role will include:
Lead a project team of people and ensure their objectives are aligned to the business program. Agree development plans Collaborate with the business Project Manager to translate business requirements into design specifications, considering the overall vision of the site and Board approved business case Understand, manage, and drive the process of obtaining appropriate approvals and compliance from Local and State Government and other external bodies. Oversee and manage external architects, engineering firms, and building companies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of the project, while meeting business requirements. Plan and support the commissioning of the new factory, including resolving commissioning issues.Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, project management or a related field Strong leadership capability having led people in senior supply chain and/ or manufacturing disciplines A proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects over $100M Solid knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, permits, and compliance requirements in the construction industry Proficient in project management software and other relevant toolsWhy DuluxGroup?
