About the Role

As Director, Product for Health & Care, you will take responsibility for the definition and execution of the product strategy across the division, ensuring that product development practices and roadmaps are aligned to maximise productivity and growth. You will be working closely with your divisional Executive Director and Head of Product. 

You will be lead a team of product specialists collaborating with leaders across functions such as Service, Support, Sales, Development and Central Functions. 

This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic thinking, problem solving skills, stakeholder management experience and an ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

As Director, Product you will

Plan, budget and coordinate the performance of the division’s product team, to lead product development in line with divisional objectives.  Lead strategic planning and manage the portfolio of product roadmaps.  Lead R&D activities to refine products and ensure they are delivering commercial value.  Use market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify product opportunities and validate product decisions.  Use industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and ensure the products maintain a competitive edge.  Build, develops, and manage a high-performing product management team.  Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity within the product management function.  Support Civica with evaluation, due diligence and integration of M&A businesses and products.
