Who we’re looking for:

The role is responsible for managing and coordinating specified operational and administrative functions to facilitate the end of lease disposal process within the Remarketing Division. Where possible delivering streamlining and improving processes that directly (and positively) impact team productivity.

To participate in, and provide significant contribution to, a high performing team environment. Taking up the mantle of Remarketing Team brand ambassador ensuring a positive experience in all inter-department interaction.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Processing end of lease inspections and liaising with the AM/RM team for disputes
  • Processing Remarketing related invoices and generating purchase orders
  • Processing lease terminations for operating lease and other products
  • Process and assist management of functions relating to the disposal (sale) of assets
  • Assist in management of daily banking, receipt of funds, unallocated auction house funds, and related data entry activities for Australia
  • Manage and coordinate specified group inboxes and relevant databases/platforms (Catche/Drive/Miles/Pairs/GrayView/RMS)
  • Work with internal teams to manage PPSR encumbrances, registrations and purchase orders for assets
  • Return vehicle and transport management
  • Assist with stock reconciliations and track vehicle preparation for sale
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and displays energy in the face of challenges
  • Other duties as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a team-based customer service environment, with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed set KPI’s and targets.
  • Exposure to multi-faceted enquiry types made via email or telephone.
  • High degree of computer literacy (spreadsheets and formatting)
  • MS office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Analytical competency
  • Proven ability to manage workload effectively and deliver to deadlines in a dynamic and pressured environment
  • Experience within a used vehicle operation, financial services organisation desirable
  • Motivated
  • Great Attention to detail
