You will also be responsible for order processing and customer service for assigned dealer accounts to increase sales and service.

Some of the duties and responsibilities include:

  • Establish, develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships with key business partners and dealers
  • Develop territory and manage accounts through internal tracking and coordination in a team environment
  • Meet Order Management goals and objectives set by the organisation's management
  • Educate dealers on promotions
  • Answer and handle customer phone calls, faxes, and emails to ensure customer requests are processed
  • Accurately enter orders into the system, verifying that customer purchase orders match sales orders and communicate any variances to the customer 
  • Inform customer of unit prices, shipping dates, inventory availability, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer
  • Follow up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates, run open orders report as requested
  • Process and follow up with customer requests, inquiries, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Communicate with Order Analyst, Sales, Finance, Logistics, and any other personnel needed to assist in the processing of the customer orders and inquiries
  • Issue Return Material Authorisations and credit memo’s when applicable
  • Compile statistics and prepare various reports for management as requested
  • Maintain open and honest communication with department supervisor and/or manager
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required

You will have:

  • Must possess a minimum of 1-2 years demonstrated experience performing a customer service or inside sales role substantially similar to the essential functions of this job description 
  • Must possess a proven track record in meeting established goals
  • Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
  • Must be self-motivated and energetic
  • Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
