A great opportunity for a Strategy Manager to join our small team of former MBB consultants in an organisation that’s small enough to be personal but where there is an opportunity to have an outsized impact on the market with sizeable commercial levers to pull. We have the opportunity and appetite to grow.

The role will have a remit to work across the business on growth projects – with focuses including sales, product, marketing, pricing, acquisitions and partnerships. The role provides the opportunity to engage directly with executives and influence at the most senior levels of our organisation whilst satisfying those with a love for the hands -on approach to attacking and solving growth-oriented problems.

You will:

  • Support the ongoing development of the overall long-term strategy for Domain at Group level, as well as our three customer-facing divisions (Consumer, Agent and Enterprise)

  • Lead group-wide or division specific strategic projects: from initial inception to execution, including organic and inorganic growth opportunity identification, market and competitor assessment, organic and inorganic growth opportunity development, and go-to-market strategy and execution

  • Develop actionable insights by conducting data driven analysis to support decision making

Who are you?

This is an ideal role for a 2 to 4 year tier-1 consultant making the transition to industry. You will have a strong spike in working on growth and revenue strategy projects and be looking to work with like-minded, can-do, ambitious people.
