You will be part of a collaborative and high performing team of functional and technical specialists with a primary focus on Human Resources systems in particular Workday and PeopleSoft.

Your background

  • Experience in the functional design, configuration and administration of Workday HCM.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence and partner effectively with key internal/external stakeholders.
  • Proven business analysis as well as extensive design, delivery and support experience in HCM technologies such as Workday.
  • Experience in leading incident, problem and continuous improvement initiatives for a HR portfolio.
  • Continuously increase Human Resource technology and tools knowledge through reading, classes, participation in user group meetings or other mechanisms.
  • Be an energetic strategic thinker who has considerable attention to detail.
  • Information Technology or relevant degree qualifications.

Your team

Technology is an inherent part of enabling the Reserve Bank of Australia’s policy and operational objectives. With the country depending upon our systems being secure, highly resilient and efficient, you will work within the Bank’s Information Technology (IT) department, and experience the capability-building opportunity to work with critical technology platforms.

The HR Systems team is part of the Corporate Services Group that is responsible for transforming and developing the core IT functions that support the Reserve Bank's policy and operational and corporate objectives.
