    About the role: 

Beaumont People are currently partnering with a Membership Organisation in Cannon Hill seeking a Member Support Officer, this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled administration and customer service professional to join a dynamic team. This is a temporary assignment 6 weeks in length working full time hours, Monday - Friday, with an immediate start. 
  
Your tasks may include the following:

  • Responding to enquiries from members via phone and email
  • Maintaining and updating member records and member renewals
  • Maintaining the membership database, general administration and adhoc duties. 

About You:

  • Experience in a phone based customer service or membership services role, ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing members.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Tech savvy, quick at picking up new systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive with an ability to prioritise work schedules with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management skills.
