Job Description: As an IT Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of IT contracts, ensuring compliance, and optimizing contract performance. You will work closely with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to negotiate, implement, and maintain IT contracts that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Develop, review, and manage IT contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  • Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and products.
  • Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with IT contracts.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze contract performance, implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and records.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with legal, finance, procurement, and IT departments to ensure seamless contract execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT contract management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT services, software, and hardware.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
