- Reporting into Director Portfolio Management, the Contract Manager will lead the management of large-scale capital energy infrastructure projects, influencing project outcomes through expert contract and program controls management.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

As Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing contracts for large capital infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilizing your 5-10 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry, with a focus on build, own, operate, and maintain contracts.
- Serving as a key figure in contract and commercial management, providing expert advice during bid development and project delivery.
- Managing contracts for significant capital projects, ensuring governance and adherence to project controls.
- Networking effectively within multi-disciplinary matrixed teams, showcasing your highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or extensive experience in a capital-intensive industry.
- Deep relevant experience as a Contracts Manager or Commercial Manager.
- Proven expertise in negotiating and managing contracts for large infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of contracting and subcontracting principles, cost control, forecasting, and risk management.
- Extensive experience in the preparation and close-out of construction claims.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
