IT Contracts Administrator to join their team.

The Role
The IT Contracts and Vendor coordinator will oversee managing contracts from inception to completion.

This is to guarantee effective and accurate statements and requirements such as delivery plans, contracts, statements of work as well as service level agreements.


  • IT contract performance, risk and supplier relationships are closely managed
  • Experienced in IT contract administration practices are consistently improved.
  • Previously involved in licensing, software development, maintenance and support, hosting services, ICT infrastructure acquisition and managed services.

Essentials

  • At least 4 years experiences in IT contract management with large corporate or government entities ideally.
  • Strong understanding of collaboration and engagement with IT businesses and stakeholders to manage projections and execute agreements.
  • Satisfactory criminal record check will be conducted if successful
  • Must be an Australian Citizen
  • Covid Vaccinated is required for this environment

Desirable Skills

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (post graduate technology)
  • Strong ability to leverage an understanding of complex concepts related to technology implementation.
