Port Macquarie Panthers are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and customer focused individual to join their friendly Reception team.

 

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate customer service professional to join our busy team. Welcoming members and guests as they enter the club, you will be the first point of contact and will have a great impact on that important first impression of our amazing Club. Keeping up to date on all of the happenings and offerings within Panthers, you will enthusiastically promote what’s happening at the Club, now and in the future.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

  • Excellent customer service to our members and guests;
  • Meeting, greeting and signing in all patrons entering the club;
  • Handling customer enquiries in person and over the phone.
  • Informing members and guests about entertainment, functions, promotions and dining options;
  • Cash handling and using cash registers and;
  • General cleaning duties as required.

 

To be successful in this role, you will have;

  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills;
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously;
  • High standard of personal grooming;
  • Charismatic personality and a welcoming nature;
  • Ability and initiative to work efficiently and pro-actively;
  • RSA and RCG qualifications;
  • A history of accurate cash handling is essential and;
  • Basic computer skills would be advantageous.

You will excel in a multi-skilled team environment, and enjoy providing magnificent customer service. You are required to be flexible and reliable as you will need to be available 24/7 to work as required including nights, weekends and public holidays.
