We are currently recruiting a  HSE Systems Administrator to join our Australia and New Zealand team, based in  Wacol, Brisbane . Reporting to the Group HSE Manager, the successful candidate will be a valued member of a dynamic, inclusive and supportive team.

Responsibilities will include:

Develop, implement, and maintain a Management System that matches Penske's, legislative and ISO requirements in Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) and Environment. Ensure HSE policies and procedures are maintained and are embedded in Penske's business operations. Strengthen HSE reporting processes across the business and continuous improvement strategies to support HSE improvement and proactive strategies through consultation and collaboration with the wider HSE team. Assist in the implementation of Wellbeing strategies across the Penske business operations.

About You:

Relevant tertiary or equivalent qualification in WHS Minimum of 2 years working experience with WHS and Environmental systems. Experience in implementing and maintaining best practice WHS and Environmental programs.  Good knowledge and understanding of federal and state legislation related to WHS and Environment.  Experience in the development of Rehabilitation and Return to Work programs. Ability to train and coach managers and employees on Safety and Environment programs. Established competence in auditing (preferred but not mandatory). Experience in successful implementation of Wellbeing programs. Strong analytical and report writing skills. Established success in project implementation and ongoing management.
