This dynamic role is based out of the Brisbane office, Monday to Friday, and involves traveling as needed for projects across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and internationally in Papua New Guinea.

About the Role

As an HSE Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering company-specific training packages across diverse locations, offering a unique opportunity for international experience. You will also support operational training and development needs, provide HSE advice and support to resolve issues and improve HSE practices across multiple projects and sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering the Leading the Safe Way Supervisor program
  • Supporting operational training and development needs
  • Providing HSE advice and support to resolve issues and improve HSE practices across multiple projects and sites
Requirements
  • Diploma in Work Health & Safety (WHS) and/or Environmental Science
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment is essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
  • Proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Valid Australian driver's license and proof of right to work in Australia
