As the Practice Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the practice.

  • Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of dental care.
  • Drive practice growth through innovative strategies and exceptional service.

What We're Seeking in the New Practice Manager:

  • Previous experience in dental with management responsibility.
  • Experience in the professional day-to-day running of a practice including organising staff rostering.
  • Strong understanding of Budgets and KPIs with a proven track record of driving business growth and maximising profitability.
  • Ability to help deliver local area marketing initiatives that will help drive new patient numbers and practice growth.
  • Polished people management skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams to push & enhance staff productivity and performance.
  • Proven business capabilities in all front office and clinician support roles that form part of running a successful practice.
  • An ability to see process improvements and implement strategies and protocols to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
  • Dental Software Experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • High attention to detail.
