As a key leader within our Early Childhood Approach team, the Practice Team Lead will guide a team of passionate Early Years Specialists, including allied health professionals, social workers, and education specialists. Together, you will enable families to access the NDIS and support children with early intervention strategies that help them thrive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Lead & inspire**: Provide leadership, mentoring, and supervision to a team of Early Years Specialists, fostering a collaborative environment.
- ** Drive impact**: Design and oversee evidence-based early intervention programs such as parent education workshops, playgroups, and capacity-building activities to support children's goals.
- ** Direct support**: Maintain a small caseload, delivering high-quality early intervention services to children and families, ensuring they have the tools they need to access the NDIS when necessary.
- ** Strategic oversight**: Shape the development and delivery of early intervention supports aligned with best practice and community needs.

**Qualifications**:
**About You**
We’re seeking an experienced and passionate leader who’s ready to make a significant impact. You will have:

- A degree in **Allied Health, Education, or Social Sciences**.
- ** Extensive experience** in early intervention programs and working with children and families.
- A history of leading multidisciplinary teams in a **transdisciplinary, key worker model**, with proven ability in managing change and fostering team resilience.
- A deep understanding of the **Early Childhood Approach**, early childhood best practices, and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
