About the role:
The primary role of our Customer Service Representative is to:

  • Provide a high-level service to our customers, efficiently managing their parts enquiries, requests, and quotes, through to customer delivery
  • Manage an efficient phone service, answer all calls, and provide a professional and effective customer experience
  • Identify and interpret parts through the APG enterprise applications.
  • Respond to customer escalations, order allocation, part profile & inventory records
  • Maintain departmental KPI’s and focus on continuous improvement.
