Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hudson. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls and email queries in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
  • Display solid computer skills, following set processes and scripts
  • Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Process and track orders, assisting clients with transactions and enquiries
  • Collaborate effectively with your team to achieve individual and group goals
  • Organise your time efficiently to meet performance standards
  • Maintain administrative accuracy, complete data entry tasks, and ensure smooth client engagement

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call centre or handling inbound/outbound calls
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Skilled in problem-solving within structured guidelines
  • Resilient and calm when handling complaints or challenging conversations
  • Professional and trustworthy approach
  • Call centre experience is preferred but not essential
