The Role:

We’re hiring a Business Process Maturity Program Lead to join AP+ in an initial 24 month Max Term contract role. The Business Process Maturity Program is a strategic initiative to map, optimise, and embed essential processes across the organisation, addressing current gaps in resource deployment, process effectiveness, and compliance standards.

Leading the enterprise-wide business maturity program, your day-to-day role will include:

  • End-to-end program management.
  • Strategic Process Improvement Implementation.
  • Stakeholder Management and Collaboration.
  • Change Management.
  • Risk and Issue Management.

Preferred Position Requirements are:

  • At least 10 years in leading large-scale business transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on process optimisation and embedding changes into BAU.
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with process efficiency frameworks such as Six Sigma, Lean, or other business process improvement methodologies [accreditation preferred].
  • Experience in implementing process ownership capabilities across BAU teams; including setting KPIs, measuring and monitoring processes, identifying improvements and managing governance.
  • Experience working in the payments or financial services sector with an understanding of associated regulatory requirements to ensure process improvements comply with both current and upcoming regulations.
  • Proven experience driving prioritisation of long-term program execution amid a high-change landscape, managing complex stakeholder dynamics and foster alignment across the organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Previous experience building and leading high-performing teams to achieve program goals.
  • Strong track record of delivering measurable outcomes in process transformation, including efficiency gains, cost savings, and enhanced employee engagement.
