About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Growth Manager to join our ENGIE Retail Innovation team in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships to support the growth objectives of our retail business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage sales partnerships with key businesses supporting our products, including referral partners
  • Identify and manage new business development opportunities to support sales growth, including new business models, channels to market, and product variations
  • Collaborate with our team and broader ENGIE Retail business to develop systems and processes to support access to sales channels and sales growth opportunities
About You
  • Proven sales management experience, including channel management and partnership management
  • Self-motivated, achievement-oriented, and well-disciplined, with a strong sense of timeliness and ability to encourage these characteristics in others
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Ability to prepare a sales strategy and execute successfully
  • Capable of interpreting short and long-term market trends and aligning strategy
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in person and via video
  • Empathy for consumers and customers, with the ability to develop value propositions that address their needs
