The role:
Are you passionate about being the face of an organisation? Enjoy being a great host, welcoming people with enthusiasm and maintaining the office presentation? We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Concierge & Administration Assistant to join our Head Office in Melbourne CBD. You will be the first point of contact within the business, responsible for managing all incoming calls and greeting and assisting tenants, visitors and enquiries along with assisting the centre management team with administrative duties.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors to the office
- Maintaining the immaculate presentation of our Front of House area and all meeting rooms and kitchens throughout the day
- Handling internal/external calls
- Stock control
- Processing of some supplier invoices
- Assist with event planning
- Liaising with centre management for the daily tenancy needs, including contractors.

- Previous experience in an administration/support/customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to maintain a high standard of personal and workplace presentation
- Ability to initially troubleshoot IT hardware including AV support, Wi-Fi, mobile devices and office equipment
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to problem-solve issues through to resolution
- Ability to handle conflicting priorities whilst maintaining composure
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks
- Intermediate skills in MS Office packages
