About the role:

Wesfarmers Health is a leading name in the health and beauty industry, committed to enriching lives through innovative products and exceptional customer service. Our Pharmacy Business Development unit plays a crucial role in supporting community pharmacies across Australia.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will support the wholesale sales and banner brands team, including the State Sales Manager and Sales Analyst, to achieve KPIs and sales targets. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and providing top-notch service to our internal and external stakeholders.

Our office is located in Bundamba, approx 30 minutes from Brisbane CBD and we offer hybrid working with your week spent between the home and office.  

What you’ll do:

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and customer support, including ordering business essentials like business cards, IT equipment, and company cars, as well as managing email and calendar for the State Sales Manager. You'll edit and distribute reports, prepare letters of offer, partnership agreements, and handle account applications and expense claims. Your customer support duties will involve processing credits and monthly charges, responding to inquiries, providing sales information to pharmacies, and ordering catalogues and distribution maps. Additionally, you'll resolve issues by implementing productivity improvements, following up on process deviations, and building positive relationships with customers and internal teams.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong ability to work closely with sales personnel and build cooperative relationships.
  • Demonstrated business foresight and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent computer literacy, particularly in MS Word and Excel.
  • Proactive team player with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Higher School Certificate with Maths as a minimum; tertiary qualifications in a business discipline are a plus.
