How you'll make an impact:
With your strong organizational and coordination skills, solutions focused approach and ability to work as part of a team you will be responsible for effectively coordinating the overall day to day events and activity of our Sales team.

What you'll do:
Provide a high level of support to the Head of Sales for QLD and NT and Business Development Managers in sourcing, acquiring and sustaining new business.
- Organization of all marketing events
- Assisting with development of marketing budget and ensuring its

implementation.
- Preparation and maintenance of pipeline, monthly sales, new business,

and other reports for management.
- Maintenance of sales contact management system, CRM and staff referral

database.
- Development of external marketing communication initiatives.
- Ensuring usage of the ScotPac brand complies to brand guidelines
- Assist with direct marketing activity, preparing and maintaining marketing

material and presentations.
- Development and maintenance of all promotional apparel and

merchandise

What you’ll bring with you:

- Previous experience in Sales Team Coordination, Sales or Marketing Events
- Strong experience in Time Management and Prioritization, scheduling and BDM coordination
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent level of initiative with strong problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office (ideally incl Dynamic 365 database skills)
