We are seeking experienced and motivated Case Management professionals to ensure timely and consistent resolution of external review applications. This is a 6-month assignment with the possibility of extension, paying $60.26 p/h + Super, based in the CBD.

About the Role
As a Case Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage a team to deliver case management services.
  • Undertake complex case management activities guided by legislation and policy.
  • Resolve issues and risks while maintaining high standards of performance.
  • Provide technical and professional advice on complex problems.
  • Participate in strategic planning and policy development for our client.
  • Apply alternate dispute resolution methods in line with model litigant principles.
  • Attend Case Conferences, Conciliations, and Hearings with the AAT.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records to support decision-making processes.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in case management, particularly with complex matters.
  • Strong decision-making skills, backed by evidence and a deep understanding of legislation.
  • Ability to engage with vulnerable participants and manage associated risks.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and applying policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of the NDIS and supports for people with disability (highly desirable).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A commitment to achieving both individual and team goals.

  • Full-time position, offering 5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
