About the Role:

The Case Worker will support the successful implementation of the program across our Perth Metro locations, delivering effective individualised case management alongside group programs and workshops to young people.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development and delivery of engaging, impactful programs and case management that supports the well-being and safety of at-risk youth.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to develop and deliver best practice youth work across PCYC centres.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement by evaluating outcomes and implementing best practices.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum Cert IV in Youth/Community or related areas.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing one-to-one casework services to assist clients with complex needs aged 10-25.
  • Experience in delivering group based programs.
  • Knowledge, experience, and competency in utilising strengths-based, person-centered, trauma-aware, and solutions focused approaches.
