As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating on boarding. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to meeting recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilise various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, and networking, to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics using our applicant tracking system.
- Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and performance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the aviation or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using applicant tracking systems or HR software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
