Position Summary:  

  • Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and be responsible for managing the planning and execution of HR activities, programs and initiatives
  • Showcase your inner creativity through the managing and facilitation of new associate programs whilst liaising with other key departments leaders
  • Go above and beyond, managing all areas of recruitment whilst following talent acquisition requirements
  • Strategically manage all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with the wider Human Resources Team
  • Plan, organise and execute TakeCare events and activities for our associates as they are our most important assets
  • Strategically create the hotel’s talent acquisition strategy, networking with local organisations and attending external recruitment fairs
  • Communicate performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position and manage employee relations as required
  • Ensure you and the team maintain employee files containing required employment records, focusing on attention to detail
  • Manage Workers Compensation to ensure appropriate employee care and a focus on Return to Work
  • Build collaborative relationships to drive positive workplace culture with a strong focus on associate growth and development

About You:

  • Minimum two years relevant experience in a Human Resources role
  • Strong knowledge in employment law
  • Working rights in Australia (mandatory)
  • Enthusiastic to escalate your career
  • Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
  • Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
