Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls and emails, providing prompt and courteous responses to clients, lenders, solicitors, and real estate agents.
  • Assist with incoming documents, ensuring they are accurately logged and filed.
  • Assist in compiling loan applications, ensuring all necessary supporting documentation is collected and organised.
  • Work closely with clients to gather required information and explain the application process.
  • Review and verify loan documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
  • Address any discrepancies or missing information in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and ensure all necessary materials are available.
  • Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a neat and organised office environment.
  • Ensure common areas are tidy and presentable for clients and staff.
