Are you passionate about Human Resources and eager to be part of an innovative technology business? Look no further HR Partners by Randstad is thrilled to partner with an exciting upcoming tech company in Sydney Olympic Park, and we're seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As the HR Coordinator you will report directly to the HR Manager and collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth and effective HR operations. You'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will directly impact the company's growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless integration process.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
  • Support employee relations initiatives and assist in resolving workplace conflicts or issues.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist in HR reporting and analytics to provide insights for decision-making processes.
  • Manage fast paced rostering for staff members.
  • Handle general HR inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to employees at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
  • Preferably 2+ years as an HR Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a technology or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
