Snr HR Coordinator

Our client is an established global pharmaceutical company, currently looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Coordinator to join their Sydney CBD team.
With the support of the HR Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional looking to take the next step in their career with a global business in a supportive environment.
In this role, you will support the Australian headcount by delivering on a number of HR activities, such as end to end recruitment, HR projects, monthly reporting and employee engagement initiatives.
This is a permanent full time position with flexible working arrangements in premium Sydney CBD offices.
Key areas of responsibility include
- Establish sound relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted HR professional
- Own a variety of HR activities including; end to end recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, hr administration
- Practical and thoughtful professional who can work autonomously in a supportive environment
- Work closely with and support the HR Manager across multiple HR projects and initiatives
Key Requirements
- 2 - 3 years working HR experience
- Tertiary qualified in Human Resources or similar
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Fair Work and Employment Law knowledge highly regarded
