Position Summary
Working closely with the HR Manager, you will support the administration and implementation of HR initiatives across the employee life-cycle. As part of the HR team for one of the top schools in Australia, you will be able to hit the ground running by efficiently administering and coordinating a full range of HR activities whilst working in a collaborative team environment.
This is a full time permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a part of a supportive team that will help develop your HR career
- Support the HR Manager with high level HR administrative / operational tasks incl. recruitment
- Gain exposure across the complete employee life-cycle incl. performance management
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Key Requirements
- HR Degree qualification or equivalent
- 2+ years working HR / Recruitment experience
- Knowledge on ER and IR legislation
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
