HR Officer

HR Partners are proud to be working with a growing professional services organisation, currently in search of a HR Officer to join their family owned business.
As the HR Officer, you will provide operational HR support to the broader business along with offering administration support to managers and executives. In this stand-alone role you will be given the opportunity to become a true generalist by getting involved in a large scope of tasks and activities. You will enjoy taking ownership of your role and will be able to build effective working relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
Reporting to an engaging General Manager, you will support across all aspects of people and culture with a main focus on recruitment, hr administration, employee engagement activities and executive support.
This role is ideal if you are someone with experience in professional services looking to explore a career in HR or a recruitment professional looking to enter into a generalist role.
This is a permanent role with flexible working arrangements.
Key areas of responsibility include
- Manage the new employee induction and onboarding for the business
- Support the broader team with general HR administration
- Work with senior management to coordinate staff meetings and business updates
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key business stakeholders
Key Requirements
- Experience in recruitment and or professional services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A desire to work as a team in a results driven environment
